JOB TITLE: Mathematics Teacher (GCSE and A Level) - Starting August 2017
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP22,937 to GBP38,364 per annum.
WORKING HOURS: Full Time

THE ROLE: The Mathematics department offers A level Mathematics, Further Mathematics, A level Statistics and GCSE. We are an enthusiastic department, who are always looking for new and innovative ideas to engage our students. Our aim is to support all students who come to Blackpool Sixth in their pursuit of mathematical excellence. In 2016 the department received its best ever results, being in the top 25% of colleges for value added in A level Maths and Further Maths and for being singled out by OFSTED inspectors for its innovative approach to GCSE resit.
THE CANDIDATE: We're now looking for an exceptional teacher whose enthusiasm matches theirs - and in return, we can offer an equally exceptional environment. With a new GBP27 million campus boasting purpose built classrooms and state-of-the-art facilities, our team continues to develop its use of advanced technology.
With a good degree in a relevant discipline and a recognised teaching qualification, you'll have a proven track record of successful teaching in Mathematics.
