An exciting opportunity based in one of the most creative quarters in Bristol is available for an Architectural Technician. This opportunity is for an architectural practice that has been established for over 25 years and work on a variety of projects.
On a daily basis, you could find yourself working on Residential (Low/ Medium Rise) Education or MOD. This office is located in one of Bristol most creative quarters.
This Architectural Technician role will focus on the technical delivery of projects that are about to go or either on the construction phase. The Projects you work on will vary on a daily basis. You could find yourself as the Architectural Technician working on MOD / Education or Low/Medium rise Residential buildings.
The Candidate: Architectural Technician
???Good attention to detail and time management,
???Knowledge of building regs and construction stage and having a technical eye for detail
???Confident using Revit within an Architectural practice
???Able to liaise and co-ordinate information and queries with clients and third-party design consultants/suppliers
???Self-starter and have the ability to work on your own
