Production Team Leaders

Established more than 100 years ago, their successful company employees over 800 staff and the company operates from five plants in Scotland and one in the North East of England.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their existing Production Department at their Coatbridge Plant:

Team Leader on shift 1 - Sunday to Wednesday - (39 hours per week, £7.80 per hour).
Sunday - 8am - 5.30pm
Monday - 7.30am - 7.30pm
Tuesday - 7.30am - 7.30pm
Wednesday - 6.30am - 1.30pm

Team Leader on shift 2 - Wednesday to Saturday -(39 hours per week, £7.80 per hour).
Wednesday - 1.30pm - 8.30pm
Thursday - 7.30am - 7.30pm
Friday - 7.30am -7.30pm
Saturday - 8am - 5.30pm

You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction within the production area and organise production resources to ensure that quality and productivity plans are achieved safely.

You must have previous experience of supervising a team preferably in a production environment with demonstrable leadership and management skills.

You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver against daily and weekly targets.
