Telephone Researcher

The NFU is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team based in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire to support our outbound call work.

Who are we?

The National Farmers’ Union represents the interests of farmers and growers across England and Wales.  Promoting the interests of farmers and growers, we aim to influence decision making at the highest levels to create an environment in which our members can be successful.

The Role

Working in a small team, you’ll be conducting telephone surveys with NFU members and our affinity customers on a range of topics. You’ll have a friendly and polite telephone manner, and will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Recording the responses received on NFU systems, you will be fully computer literate and will possess strong spelling and grammar skills.

What we are looking for

Ideally, you will have worked in an office environment before, however training and support will be given to the right candidate. It is essential to have good listening, data entry and basic IT skills as a minimum.

Successful candidates will be employed on a zero hours’ contract, with work being available during certain peak times in the team. Any work offered will usually be between the hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, with the occasional opportunity for overtime outside of these hours.
