Our client is an award winning care provider expanding through steady organic growth. They pride ourselves in delivering the best quality of care and support to the individuals using their services.
They are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic individual to manage and develop our domiciliary care agency with the support of their current expertise and infrastructure. Their current specialisms include children / adults with disabilities & older people.
This role would suit an experienced, dynamic and ambitious individual looking for a challenge with real rewards.
They will provide care provisions to Lancashire and surrounding areas initially from the office base in Preston.
Role Responsibility:
- Register with CQC and thereafter manage the running of the service in line with CQC legal regulations, as well as company policy and procedures
- Promote the highest standards of support and service to all clients
- Proactively source new clients and seek to develop and grow the business according to KPI???s
- Develop relationships with key customers and service providers, i.e. local councils, NHS Trusts, Day Centres, Care Homes etc.
- Recruit and manage strong and skilled support workers and seniors and develop them further
They require an exceptional and experienced manager to develop and grow the operations, with a real passion for person centered care delivery. The successful individual will be:
- Passionate about their role, committed to the highest standards of care and compliant with CQC regulations
- Entrepreneurial, driven by business growth and motivated to exceed demanding performance targets
- An experienced leader, confident in interviews and able to grow, and manage a team
- At least two years??? experience in the care industry in a registered manager???s role
- Must have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and be working or willing to work towards level 5
- Must have a full driving license
