Van provided
Experienced Multi-Trader required in the Basingstoke area to carry out planned & responsive maintenance and repairs in void and occupied housing. Main trades required will be Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering and Painting.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
· Good level of maintenance experience in a social housing environment
· Full driving licence
· Flexible outlook and able to work alone and on own initiative
This position is available immediately and could turn permanent for the right candidate.
