The Company:
Our client is a growing SME, British manufacturing company with International operations.

Main duties:
Support the Export department and learn products / market towards traveling and visiting Clients within 6 months

The Role:
- To support all duties required in the Export department
- To provide an excellent level of Customer Services at all times
- To process orders and ensure on-time shipments/deliveries
- To produce quotations, invoices, shipping documentation and internal reports
- To build good relationships with clients and understand their needs
- To liaise with Sales, Warehouse and other departments
- To work as part of a team and report to the European Sales Manager
- To travel to develop existing and new accounts (Latin part of Europe)

The Candidate:
- Fluent English to mother tongue level (written and spoken)
- Fluent in French and/or Spanish and/or Italian
- Previous experience in B2B customer services / sales administration
- Good attention to details
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Proactive, confident and independent personality
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate

The Salary:
up to circa £30,000 pa DOE + Commission after 6 months
