Surveyor
(Salary circa £35,000 - £39,500)
The Catholic Diocese of Shrewsbury is seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified surveyor to provide professional advice and support in delivering a surveying service to the Diocese in relation to its property portfolio and estate. Including, but not limited to churches, schools, parish centres, social clubs and investment properties.
The Successful Applicant Must have:-
- Appropriate qualifications to degree level
- Membership of an appropriate professional body
- Experience of working in the construction industry
- Full clean driving licence
The successful applicant must be able to respect and be mindful of the ethos and teachings of the catholic faith ensuring that highest standards in all areas are maintained.
Due to the geographical area the Diocese covers travel around the Diocese will be essential and the successful applicant will be required to have use of their own vehicle for which an essential car user allowance will be paid. On occasions out of hours working will also be required.
