Production Operator - Mail Enclosing Machines
Our client is an innovative, technology based company and they are currently looking for the right candidate to join their company as a Production Operator at their growing production facility in Bristol!
Role responsibilities:
Working in a fast-paced environment alongside the Operational Team, you will be involved in all aspects of production activities. You will be working in a safe manner to high quality standards, achieving required productivity targets within the framework of set operating procedures.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
DBS check required. Preference may be given to those already holding a DBS.
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced production environment
- High standard of verbal communication, literacy and numeracy
- Strong team player
- "Can-Do" attitude
- Logical approach to problem-solving
- The self-confidence and ability to recognise issues and escalate accordingly
- Ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy
- Ability to maintain extended periods of concentration
Please note that the successful candidate must be comfortable working on repetitive manual tasks such as the hand insert of letters into envelopes.
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week), working a fixed shift pattern of 1pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday.
Starting Salary: ??19,845.00 per annum
Benefits: Generous Company Pension Scheme, private health care, fully air-conditioned environment, staff canteen including free refreshments, uniform and safety-wear provided. Our Client also operates a performance-based salary grading structure and overtime will be available at a rate of 1.5 x hourly salary.
