Building Services Engineer
Building Services Engineer required for our client a specialist HVAC and Building Services Company who supply service and breakdown contracts to commercial clients. The Building Service Engineer will be required to cover the West London, Slough, Twickenham, Maidenhead and Wembley areas.
The Building Service Engineer will be required to travel to commercial sites such as offices and shopping centres throughout the Berkshire, Surrey and West London areas. You will be required to perform maintenance tasks to hard and soft services covering systems such as ventilation, Air Conditioning, security, heating and lighting systems.
It would be seen as advantageous for the Building Services Engineer to hold tickets such as F-Gas or 17th Edition.

Building Services Engineer Position Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience working as a building services engineer
- Based in the West London, Berkshire or Reading areas.
- Full UK Driving Licence
