Events Chef - Parsnip Mash ltd, based in Clifton

Due to expansion Parsnip Mash ltd are looking to expand the brigade. 

Job Purpose: To work as part of the Parsnip Mash team to ensure a unique and outstanding experience is delivered to all of our customers. To assist in the efficient running of the Parsnip Mash kitchen including functions and events both on and off site. 

Parsnip Mash is based at the Lord Mayors Mansion House, we are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic events chef to strengthen our existing brigade. As a specialist in our field you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of events all over the South West.

The Role will require you to assist the brigade in the smooth running of a busy kitchen. You will be using only the freshest and locally sourced produce. You will be able to demonstrate a passion for food and learning, and have an eye for detail and consistency combined with an easy going nature.

Qualifications and Experience We are looking for someone with at least 3 years experience in a similar role.

NVQ Level 2 / NVQ Level 3

All candidates should be team players and possess good organisational skills coupled with the ability to maintain standards while keeping calm under pressure.
