Are you a committed business developer with 12 months experience in sales? Are you sick of working in a KPI managed environment? Are you good at establishing and maintaining key relationships? If so this is the role for you.
We are currently working with a global software company with a highly professional offering. The business has a Software Sales role where you will contact prospective clients and build lasting relationships with them. The role is not KPI driven at all; the focus is purely on quality and commission is based on the quality of the work completed. Consultative sellers - this one is for you!
The company provides user analytics software only to companies with an online presence of at least GBP200million. Long-term development is expected within 24 months and you will be provided with full training from the ground up.

The Package:
-Basic Salary GBP21,000 - GBP25,000
-Uncapped Commission
-OTE GBP40,000

The Role:
You will source and secure clients within your own territory/specialism through building rapport, gaining buy-in, pitching and negotiating and delivering excellent customer service - a key part of this role.
-Use your own research to source and make initial contact with potential clients
-Work closely with the field sales team to help manage and develop new and key accounts
-Speak to the customer base and look for key opportunities
-Provide clients with relevant information; especially in response to enquiries about products and services
-Continually establish client relationships and build a strong rapport to enable you to deliver an excellent customer service and further develop the business' outstanding reputation
-Produce accurate and timely paperwork in line with customer and company requirements
The Ideal Candidate
-You will ideally have sales experience
-Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels
-Self-motivated and results-orientated team player that can exceed goals and revenue expectations, with the ability to work on own initiative
-Ability to build rewarding customer relationships
-An entrepreneur who is passionate, enthusiastic, hungry for results and resilient
