Our client supplies and distributes a diverse range of security consumables and equipment to the European Security market. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Account Manager to join their successful sales team, working Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm.
As an Internal Sales Account Manager, the role will be heavily focused on generating and driving sales growth and profit by managing the existing account base and following leads. This role will primarily be telephone based; calling customers to establish their needs and provide quotations. You will be advising customers of the new and existing products and services available to them.
Candidate Requirements:
??? Knowledge of the electronic security or wholesaler industries
??? Experience of IP CCTV / IT Network Infrastructure is beneficial
??? Proven B2B sales or telesales experience
??? Experience of building relationships with customers
??? Able to provide evidence of working in a target related environment
??? Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile and exceed expectations
??? Track record of identifying and engaging with prospective customers
??? Self-motivated to achieve and exceed KPI's
??? Excellent organisation skills
??? Influencing and negotiating skills
??? Ability to work as part of a team, but also able to utilise your own initiative and be creative
??? PC literate, including Microsoft Office Suite
The successful applicant will be expected to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with new and existing accounts which have been established by the sales team and yourself, focusing on the optimisation of sales and profitability of those accounts.
Benefits:
??? ??22k - ??25k basic salary, 35k OTE Uncapped
??? 23 days Annual Leave
