Interim Talent Attraction Specialist - Recruitment, Rec2Rec, Recruitment Consultants
We are looking to expand our successful recruitment business with a number of staffing hires over the first part of 2017. In order to achieve this we we are looking to engage an experienced Talent Attraction Specialist to assist in this phase of growth.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of building talent pools and generating candidates from within the recruitment industry, ideally within a recruitment agency environment, and be proven in generating quick results.
Key Skills:
- Track record of building talent pipelines across the recruitment industry.
- Proven in sourcing candidates at Resourcer, Consultant, Senior Consultant and Team Leader levels.
- Ability to work independently and be results focussed.
- Strong communications skills.
Opportunity for occasional home working is an option.
Initial 3 month fixed term contract.
