A national consultancy are in search for a number of Building Surveyors to work across a public sector framework in the South West and Wales.
General responsibilities of the role will include:
* To attend property Inspections and complete condition surveys to establish building condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components
* To carry out a detailed survey of each property and update the data
* To assist in validating previously completed surveys
* To report back on information collected to the management team
* Completing the stock condition data collection forms, on a tablet device, with the information gathered from the surveys
Qualifications:
* Experienced Building Suevrying across the Public Sector (Healthcare, Blue Light and Education)
* Desirably educated to HNC Standard in Surveying or a related discipline
* Have or able to attain a DBS check
* An organised and methodical approach to your work
* A self-starter, reliable and can be trusted to deliver to targets
* Good IT skills
