Master Data Clerk

Our client is a multi -million pound business who supply to major retailers. They are seeking an additional member for their business. The successful candidate will have a finance or numeracy background and the ability to use SAP

• Maintain the master data of products on SAP for Oldham and Bolton.
• To enter new products onto SAP for Oldham and Bolton accurately and to agreed business timescales.
• To amend products on SAP via the system on a timely basis.
• To create, maintain, change and delete information for all new and existing products.
• To maintain internal systems to improve the collection and control of essential data from other departments.
• Ad hoc projects – Plan and carry out any ad hoc tasks as required.
• Liaise with other departments over both required changes and any errors/issues
• Generate the weekly cost margin report on time.

Candidate profile:

• Experience of SAP master data is essential .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Accountancy / Numeracy type background is essential.
• IT literate (SAP, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access).
• Flexibility and willingness to work the hours necessary to achieve the deadlines required.
• Capable of a high level of accuracy (right first time).
• Able to work individually as well as part of a team.
