The Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for new business sales, as well as subsequent account management and retention, selling a market leading and award winning portfolio of Rewards & Benefits, Employee Benefits, Flexible Benefits, Voluntary Benefits, Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to Work, Rewards & Incentives, working with both SME and Corporate clients, in both Private and Public sectors.

The Candidate
The Business Development Manager must have a demonstrable track record of new business development and sales to HR Directors. Any experience directly within Rewards & Benefits, Employee Benefits, Flexible Benefits, Voluntary Benefits, Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to Work or Rewards & Incentives will be highly advantageous. Successful candidates will be strong hunters, thirsty to earn money and ideally have existing industry contacts.

The Package
The Business Development Manager will be rewarded with a basic package up to GBP40,000, negotiable based on previous experience, with a performance based commission structure bringing OTE to around GBP70,000. Considerable additional benefits include Company Car/Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Laptop and Phone.
