We have a vacancy within the Estates team for a General Maintenance Operative to carry out maintenance on the fabric of the College buildings within Leicester College.

This role involves undertaking general maintenance repairs, completing tasks allocated from the Estates service desk and an involvement in alteration and refurbishment works carried out by the Maintenance Team

You will need to have qualified experience within the Carpentry trade, an NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry and proven knowledge of trade methods
