If you have a good knowledge of the new SEN Code of Practice and statutory framework around the assessment and maintenance of Education, Health & Care Plans in regard to Special Educational Needs, we would like to hear from you.

This is a fixed term full time post based in our very busy SEN 0-25 team.  This post is responsible for coordinating the assessment for and maintenance of Education Health and Care plans for children and young people with Special Educational Needs across the independent sector. 

With a sound knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and the statutory framework around SEN you will also need an understanding of the future changes included in the Children and Families Bill. Working as part of a team you will need to be well organised and motivated, able to manage conflicting priorities within tight deadlines, have high level of written and verbal communication skills and good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
