About the role

We are looking for a market research professional to play a key role in the work of the marketing team and to support wider university activity. The role provides the opportunity to develop specialist research and analysis expertise from within the Higher Education sector. The post-holder will be expected to utilise both primary and secondary sources to assist with the development of new programmes, identification of new markets, understanding motivations and experiences of key audience groups and supporting the development of marketing plans and the Bath Spa brand.

About you (requirements)

You will be experienced in working in a marketing orientated setting and will have experience of using both quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable and engaging insight. You will be inquisitive, with a genuine interest in higher education, coupled with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
