Elevation Recruitment Groups Office Support Practice is actively recruiting for an ambitious and career focused Operations Manager on behalf of a growing niche financial services business in Sheffield.

To be successful in this role you will need to be very adaptable and creative and demonstrate that you can think innovatively and embrace existing and new technology within the business.
As well as a strong creative flair you will need to be a proven leader with experience managing and coaching teams, your organisational skills will be first class as well as your time management
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
-Manage the way in which the organisation supports and guide its customer base
-Manage a team including full training, coaching and leading by example
-Support the business to identify and roll out on-going strategy
-Work with senior management to continuously improve and enhance business operations
-Liaise with operations and product teams ensuring all parties involved are experts within their field
-Using the in-house CRM system to continually monitor and maintain customer account information

-Demonstrable experience of managing teams
-Proactive approach and passion for identifying areas for improvement
-Cross functional awareness of business operations
