Locum Childcare Solicitor required to join a successful local authority team on an initial 3 month basis. Great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team.
JOB TITLE: Childcare Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years
LOCATION: West Midlands (Commutable from Staffordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire)
SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience
THE ROLE:
Working within this local authority, you will be handling a busy caseload of Public Childcare work on behalf of the Council, advising upon a wide range of cases. The successful Childcare Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years PQE within this field of law and will ideally have experience working within a public body. As a Childcare Solicitor you will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and a solid approach to achieving tasks and objectives. In order to be considered for the Childcare Solicitor vacancy you will be required to have extensive knowledge of all aspects of Childcare law, in particular acting on behalf of the child and within difficult, challenging circumstances. Experience of undertaking advocacy and attending court is essential.
THE FIRM:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Childcare Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team on a locum basis. The initial assignment is likely to last for a minimum duration of 3 months with strong potential for extension. The Childcare Solicitor will be available soon and be able to undertake the assignment for the minimum 3 months. You will be a excellent advocate with a collaborative approach to working.
