Guidant Group are currently on the look out for an on-site recruiter to form part of the on-site delivery team' (DT) in Broughton on a permanent basis sourcing candidates for our client across all their sites and across all business units within the UK. The skillsets will include both white collar and blue collar roles and can be of a technical nature or central services / office-based positions.
You will ideally come from a recruitment agency background or currently be working in an on-site /internal role. This role may be suited to a Recruitment Consultant who wants to step away from a 360 role
You will be based in Broughton and form part of a team of 6 in total with one other in Broughton and 4 in Portsmouth. you should be able to demonstrate strong sourcing skills within your current and previous positions and be able to demonstrate innovative ideas to tap into the passive marketplace.
