The role:
To nurture and develop new and established business relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Marketing the companies' services through telephone contacting, face to face meetings and tendering processes.
Search and selection of the best possible candidates on the market to fill clients' vacancies and contractual requirements, arranging interviews, being a mentor through the interview process and negotiating salaries for successful candidates.
The Person:
Self motivated, articulate, bright and enthusiastic. You will be educated to degree level (any subject) and have a true desire to be successful.
You will enjoy a challenge and be competitive by nature with a strong work ethic, hold high ambitions and be at your best when under pressure and have a clear goal to achieve.
