THE CLIENT:
*Mackenzie Stuart are working with a market leading manufacturer of wind turbine systems.
*Operating globally with Multi GBP Million Turnover.
*Experiencing profound trends of growth, focused upon continued development in the North America.
THE ROLE:
*Management and development of the internal sales process and revenue growth strategy.
*Maintain and expand current customers and client relations, with regard to client segmentation and opportunity identification.
*Analysing and identifying prospective wind energy projects; delivering proposals.
*Achieving multi million pound acquisitions and liaising with senior decision makers.
*Working effectively within a select team and the company's wider divisions.
*Full P/L responsibility.
*Responsible for a large headcount across the company.
*Directly reporting to the Head of Sales in North America.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
*The position requires at least 5+ years' executive sales experience within the Wind Industry.
*The candidate must have a strong understanding of the technological aspects of Wind Turbine systems.
*The candidate must have experienced a profound degree of operational responsibility and be commercially astute.
*Must have proven success in sales development and strategy.
*You should have previously had experience with handling multi GBP million revenue.
*A prior track record of exceeding set targets.
*The ability to discover and implement a growth plan throughout the company.
