GP Strategies Ltd (GPSL) is looking to recruit a Learning Coordinator/Advisor on a full-time basis in London. GPSL is subsidiary of GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE:GPX), a global performance improvement company. GPSL supports organisations in improving their ability to service their customers' needs through innovative and creative training interventions, consulting, and business improvement solutions.

As a Learning Coordinator your duties and responsibilities will be:

- To support coordination efforts for the learning needs analysis, design, and development of Learning Solutions with key stakeholders, including Business SMEs, HR, external partners, and other Learning areas.
- To provide deployment consultation of learning services and solutions by working in partnership with all levels of stakeholders within the business and HR.
- To support and maintain all learning content relevant to the business you are supporting.
- In liaison with the GP Design and Development and Vendor teams, work in collaboration with external partners on the design, development and delivery of learning solutions
- Participate in group-related activities to identify regional requirements of global learning solutions. Where required support global initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that appropriate quality assurance processes are in place, and that the delivered learning achieves the expected business objectives.
- To provide full operational administrative support for the assigned Learning team, liaising with both GP Strategies and client resources where required
- Point of contact for all reporting queries including generating reports where available and for any Academy ad hoc queries
- To monitor project deliverables to ensure that quality is maintained and deliverables are on time, on / under budget, and meet customer expectations.

- Professional qualification / degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in the learning field
- Broad knowledge of the learning field
- Technical awareness and understanding
- Excellent interview and listening skills
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship skills
- Systems thinking and understanding
- Well- rounded business experience resulting in business and financial acumen
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Confidence and flexibility
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of Organisational Development interventions
- Experience of blended learning solutions
- Experience of working in Financial Services
