Our client, a legal 500 and Chambers listed firm based in the West Midlands is a leading firm in the area and has a great reputation. They are now looking for a junior to mid level Clinical Negligence solicitor to join them.
The Clinical Negligence team itself is also ranked in the Legal500 and Chambers Guide and handles a large variety of claims including those valued in the millions. The role will involve running your own clinical negligence caseload as well as assisting more senior fee earners on more complex clinical negligence claims. As such, it is a prerequiste that you will need have experience of running your own caseload.
You will need to be at least 2 years PQE working in a specialist clinical negligence department.
