Our client are a well established property development company. They are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance department. Ideally they are looking for someone with at least one years experience in Purchase Ledger and completed, working towards or looking to start their AAT.

Key responsibilities:

- Preparing purchase ledger invoices
- Registering invoices
- Matching delivery notes, hire sheets and credit noted to invoices
- Dealing with queries for procurement invoices
- Producing monthly spreadsheets
- Preparing subcontractor weekly payment runs
- Chasing for VAT invoices
- Processing expense claims
- Statement reconciliation on Excel
- Processing utility accounts
- Archiving

Key Skills:

- Minimum of 1 years experience in Purchase Ledger
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience of Accounts payable
- IT Literate
- Excellent communication skills
