SITE MANAGER
My client, a tier 1 Contractor based in Essex, is looking to recruit a Site Manager to stand as No1 on site. You will be reporting into a Project Manager and be capable of managing a new build package as an addition to an existing structure.
You will be responsible for delivering a high specification finish, on time and budget.
You will have a proven track record as a Site Manager with at least 3 - 5 years experience in the role, working on large or medium sized projects ideally on Commercial schemes. RC Frame experience is preferable but not necessary.
You must have:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid
