HVAC Estimator
HVAC Estimator required in the Derby area for our client who supplies the commercial market with service, maintenance, breakdown and installation contracts/projects of air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems.
The HVAC Estimator will be required to work from the Derby office and will be tasked with taking estimates for HVAC projects throughout the UK, liaising with clients, suppliers and project managers and occasionally visiting sites to attend meetings and take site surveys. The day to day tasks will also include reviewing specifications and drawings for take offs and creating detailed cost pricing, tenders and estimates for new contracts.
It would be seen as advantageous for the HVAC estimator to have experience in CAD software.
Estimator Position Overview
Based from Derby office and will be required to cover all aspects of estimating for HVAC projects for projects across the UK.
Estimator Position Requirements
- Mechanical Services or HVAC product knowledge
- Previous experience in estimating
- Based locally to the Coventry area
Estimator Position Remuneration
- Salary GBP30,000 - GBP36,000
- Bonus
- Holiday 20 days + BH
