Our client, a rapidly growing organisation with many rewarding career opportunities available, are looking to recruit an experienced team leader to assist with the supervision of their growing Production Team at their site in Bristol.
This newly created role will be very hands-on, you will be:
- Operating machinery in a very fast paced environment across 7 departments
- Motivating, leading & inspiring the sites 12 operators to achieve their daily goals
- Training & supporting Operators in the use of the on site machinery (training provided)
- You will also be given full responsibility of the site in the absence of the Production Manager.
Requirements:
- You must have experience in a fast-paced Production / Manufacturing role to be considered.
- Supervisory experience (Team Leader, Supervisor, Lead Operator etc)
- Experienced training others in the use of Machinery, able to engage & motivate
- Confident, clear communicator
- Task orientated
- GSCEs in English and Maths - Grade C minimum
