This global packaging manufacturer are creating a new job opportunity for a skilled Production Manager with personality and gravitas to lead a dedicated Manufacturing team; serving the agri-food industries for the poultry and fish sectors.
You will be committed to delivering packaging solutions to food industry customers on time, efficiently and to the customer's specifications - whilst continually seeking to provide the first-class service that has made the business so successful.
As Production Manager you will seamlessly work between the Operations Director and the 3 Shift Managers to ensure the Production, Health & Safety and quality standards are kept high. Although the business is successful and highly professional, our client is looking for you to take the Production to the next level and create market leading standards at the manufacturing site.
You will be an action orientated manager with great confidence, character and proactivity to give the Shift Managers direction and focus. It is an incredibly friendly and enjoyable environment so you will have tact and excellent communication abilities. To be the ideal post holder you will come from a food manufacturing or indeed packaging background with an outstanding track record.
