Copywriter

This company is a specialist in sustainability; working with a portfolio of blue-chip clients focused in the construction industry. They produce employee magazines and web-based external communication platforms. They are looking for an experienced copywriter or journalist to work with their growing communications team based in central Bristol.

You will be able to develop (mainly short-150 to 300 word) pieces based on background research and through client interviews. Knowledge of, and a passion for, sustainability would be a distinct advantage. They work on the basis that there needs to be a business case for sustainability to be compelling. They are not tree-hugging environmentalists. They are hard-working, visionary subject matter experts who believe that they can create and encourage change for the better.

This is a full time position, reporting to their head of communications. It will be primarily office-based in Bristol and they are amenable to flexible working practices, including working from home and working during core hours if you happen to have a young family and need to juggle work with life and school.
