Sales Negotiator
Exciting opportunity for an Experienced Sales Negotiator to join a well established estate agency in Taunton.

As a minimum you'll meet the following requirements:
Must have previous experience within a busy estate agency.
Enjoy working towards and achieving daily targets
Looking to build a life-long career with plenty of opportunities as you grow
Ultimately, your number one aim will be to provide a friendly and professional service, whilst building and maintaining relationships with clients. This includes updating clients on all properties available to ensure a proactive and efficient service is provided at all times.
As their new Sales Negotiator you'll also be involved in:
Registering new applicants
Arranging/conducting viewings on properties
Reporting viewing feedback and maintaining regular contact with vendors (sellers)
Updating company systems with offers received and reporting them to the Sales Manager
Negotiating any offers between vendors and purchasers
Maintaining sales progression
