A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Validation Engineer to join an established, family-run business that supplies a wide range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
Our client is committed to promoting health and wellbeing through quality healthcare. In this important role, you will help the company to maintain their reputation for excellence and become a key player in the successful operation of the business.
As a Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of all validation documentation and test requirements. You will also ensure conformance to regulatory and applicable standard operating procedures.
You will compile a variety of validation documentation, including validation protocols, reports, process flows and risk assessments. Additionally, you will write validation plans and URS, DS, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ documents.
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience within a validation role or an associated quality function.
As a Validation Engineer, you must be proactive, flexible and able to adapt to changing environments. You must also have great prioritisation skills and be able to deliver consistent results.
Ideally, you’ll also have knowledge and experience of the risk management process and the application of risk management tools, such as FMEA and process mapping.
Any previous experience of working with tablet manufacturing, liquid or cream filling or blister packaging lines would be beneficial to your application, as would experience gained within the healthcare industry. Knowledge of regulatory and cGMP compliance requirements within the manufacturing industry would also be advantageous.
