The opportunity:

You will provide generalist HR and management support to all areas of this international business.

Reporting to the CEO, the HR Business Partner is responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures as well as all aspects of employee relations and development. The HR Business Partner will manage staffing and recruitment, organisational development, performance management, career planning, training, compensation and benefits.

This is a very exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who is not afraid of rolling their sleeves up and get stuck in.

This is a new role and therefore the successful individual will have a lot of latitude in forming the HR function with the support of a Senior HR Consultant. You will be providing support to the CEO to develop and shape the people and performance capabilities of this high growth business.

There are a number of interesting projects in the pipeline, including the integration of the two companies.

It is envisaged that this role will quickly grow and develop with a view of becoming an HR Director within a relatively short timeframe and based on successful delivery of key projects.

Let's talk about you

You will:

- Educated to degree level, preferably within an HR Management line of study
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a standalone HR Manager role.
- Experience dealing with complex HR issues.
- Strong knowledge of current Employment Law.
- Ability to develop HR strategies and deliver change.
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - Proactive HR Support
- Flexibility to travel internationally
- CIPD qualified or working towards.
- Experience of working in a merger and acquisition environment or having been through an integration would be helpful
