Membership Development Manager
This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious relationship and development manager to help shape the future of our member relations and development activity. We will soon be launching a new offer to our membership, which promises to be an exciting development in sector training and programmes and are looking for a membership and training mastermind to take it to the next level. UK Youth is one of the largest youth charities in the UK, with a reach of over 800,000 young people every year, via our member network, an illustrious 105 year history and a strong portfolio of national programmes in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
You will be instrumental in developing a member centric focus to our work at UK Youth, developing the current offer and delivering a range against targets for increasing the membership and retaining current, using the new programme offer as part of the sales and retention plan.

You will be a stickler for detail and understand what it means to embed membership processes to improve ways of working.
To achieve this you will support and manage a Membership Executive, to develop and deliver the membership offer UK Youth. You will be happy to roll up your sleeves and tackle everything from the ground upwards in order to fulfill our ambitious plans for the coming years.
