Joiner (Multi Skilled)

The Company

You will be working for a building company who specialise in Commercial Building maintenance, refurbishments, and refits for various clients

The Role

A Qualified Joiner (Multi Skilled) is required to join our client’s existing and growing team for installation and contracts works throughout the UK.

You must have previous experience of working on occupied sites, be diligent and able to mix with others

This role will be best suited for joiners/carpenters by trade. While you are not liaising and managing site you will be required to be on the tools helping with carpentry duties. The property you are working on will be mostly be occupied, therefore, you will need to maintain a professional manner at all times and keep site clean.

Additional information

• Hours of work: 39 hours per week. (+ overtime)
• Days of work: Monday - Friday.
• Travel: Must be willing to travel and stay away.

• General building maintenance
• General joinery and building works
• office refurbishments
• bespoke joinery
• partition works
• suspended ceilings
• office fit outs,
• fencing works

• Required licence or certification:
• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS card
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate (preferred but not essential, as training will be given)

Salary: Excellent and negotiable salary package available – dependant on experience
