Reporting Administrator
Basingstoke

I am currently recruiting for a Reporting Administrator in Basingstoke (close to the Town Centre). Please take a look at the below job description please send an updated CV
Role:
Provide daily management information reports for our RPO & MSP clients using a variety of VMS and internal databases.
Manage all incoming MI requests ensuring stakeholder expectations are set.
Regular Standard Reports
*To ensure the Weekly MI suite is completed and issued to the stakeholder in line with client SLA's
*To maintain client specific report user guides ensuring all additional reporting requirements are agreed and documented
*Create user guides for new reports
*Create and maintain process flows in line with ISO9001
*Develop and maintain presentation decks in line with company brand guidelines
*To continually validate and quality control all reports ensuring the integrity of the teams work
*Query errors or data that look incorrect
*Ensure all weekly scheduled reports are issued on time
*Support senior members of the team when necessary
Ad-hoc Reports
*Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests
*Run pre-defined data extract to assist the onsite team with payment queries
*Validate new requirements and agree deliverables with stakeholders and managers
*Manage MI Request Inbox
*Continual analysis of reporting requirements to help identify trends
*Propose Solutions where applicable
Skills & Competences
