Working on a 3 week rota shift based system;
Week 1 - Saturday 07.30-20.30 (13 hours)
Week 2 - Thursday 06.00-14.30 & Friday 06.00-14.30 (16 hours)
Week 3 - Saturday 07.30-20.30 (13 hours),
You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of Deans Sport and Leisure. This will include the supervision of staff, marketing, sales, memberships and activities. You will undertake duties to promote the efficient and effective operation of the centre, ensuring the highest possible standards of Health & Safety and customer care within the centre. You will also assist with the development of an exciting, innovative leisure programme in order to increase the usage and profitability of the centre.
You will possess an industry relevant health and fitness qualification equivalent to Rep Level 2, along with management experience in a sport and leisure facility and also a First Aid at Work Qualification. You will have excellent communication and written skills and demonstrate your ability to lead a team. The ideal candidate will have experience of marketing and promotion of events together with monitoring membership sales, retention and attrition rates. You will also have proven experience of co-ordinating group fitness timetables.
