My London based client is looking for a Technical Manager to fill a role at a young, fun, chilled food company. This is an ideal role for those looking to fast-track into technical management!

My client is a small family-run business located in London. They are winners of two Quality Food awards with an exciting branded chilled product range. This company continues to develop onwards and upwards.
Due to their increasing demand they are now on the lookout for a dedicated Technical Manager to add to their dynamic team.
They have many large clients to satisfy so this role will be difficult but rewarding with no two days being the same!
The Role:
Quality assurance
New Line forms
Progression
Although this is a Technical Manager role, you will be responsible for quality assurance as well. This means that you will be responsible for testing and experiencing the newest products first hand!
You will be having a lot of fun so you should be able to bring a sense of fun and enjoyment to your new job role.

Graduated in Food Science
SALSA experience preferred
Experienced in auditing and Food Technology
A passion for food is essential in this role; you must be excited about new food developments and product testing.
This role is suited ideally to anyone who wants to better themselves as a working professional.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with HACCP, SALSA and various other forms of auditing experience, ideally with 4 years' experience in food technology. Quality assurance is also an essential skill. This is an important role to fill so make sure you're prepared to go far. This role is suited to a fun, vibrant individual who easily makes friends and builds relationships well.
