Our client is an industry leader with a large international presence 

Responsibilities: 
To be the main point of contact for Dutch speaking customers (B2B)

Main Duties:
- Maintaining and building relationships with Dutch speaking customers 
- Dealing with all customer enquiries
- Internal communication with customers, sales managers, sales representatives, warehouses and manufacturing sites
- Managing and following up orders
- Processing invoices and all other payment documents
- Communicating internally with all departments to achieve customer satisfaction
- Monitoring customer demand and providing feedback to relevant departments
- Maintaining good working relationship with the field sales department and specific accounts

Candidate Profile: 
- Fluent in English & Dutch - written & spoken - is essential
- Previous experience in Customer Care is a bonus
- Order processing experience would be an advantage
- PC literate
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure and autonomously

Salary: £20k pa + benefits (25 days holiday, Pension Scheme, Life & Health Care)
