Senior Site Manager - Aldershot
A very reputable regional contractor based across the Midlands and South are looking to procure a Senior Site Manager for their thriving business. Working across the retail, commercial, education & health sectors, projects typically will range in value from GBP1m - GBP10m across all new build and refurbishment schemes. With is current business unit TO of approx GBP52 million, they have extensive growth plans, providing realistic career progression for the right individual.
The Site Manager position will have the main responsibility for a GBP1.8 million Extra Care Scheme in Aldershot, responsible for the day to day management of the site team but also having a lead role in the design and strategy of the project.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 10 years experience as a Site Manager, preferably for a Top 10 Main Contractor
- Degree Qualified Preferred (Construction Related)
- Experience in managing similar value projects from GBP1m +
