Are you a mechanical fitter looking to work in a thriving manufacturing environment? If so then you may have the perfect role.
My client are looking for mechanical fitters to join them on a fixed term contract to work on specialised vehicles in a state of the art facility due to an increase in orders & Company growth. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working on vehicles. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy manufacturing Company, with plenty of overtime and the strong chance of going permanent.
The successful assembly / fitter will have the following essential skills and experience:
- Mechanical assembly experience
- Previous automotive experience would be advantageous
- Strong team working skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
As the assembly / fitter your duties will be:
- To work on a fast paced production line building special purpose vehicles as part of a team
- Working from engineering drawings
- Using a variety of power tools

- GBP10.59 per hour + overtime paid at time and a third Monday to Friday, time and a half on a Saturday and double time on a Sunday
