Our client has identified a fantastic opportunity for a Senior .Net Application Developer to join their successful debt recovery business. You will be designing, developing and supporting all the client’s applications including their CRM/Collections system.

Position Summary

As Senior .Net Application Developer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and enhancing in-house applications and provide support where necessary.
  • Developing solutions that optimise performance through appropriate use of databases and appended information to the database.
  • Producing reports and managing information to assist in the evaluation of performance of the call centre.
  • Creating and maintaining systems procedures.
  • Bringing together suppliers and junior specialists to resolve complex problems in a range of environments, thereby operating as a trouble-shooter in own specialisation.
  • Defines standards and reusable approaches which have benefits across recoveries functions.
  • Sharing knowledge and information with others, and be responsive to others' viewpoints, in order to build a skilled, high performance team environment.
  • Completing other Adhoc requirements/tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team, CRM and recoveries process.
  • Support User acceptance testing.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Application Development in a Microsoft environment
  • Experience creating database back-end stored procedures
  • Management Information or Business Intelligence
  • Experience delivering software product using an Agile methodology.
  • Experience in using version management and config/release management systems and be able to deploy solutions to multiple environments.
  • 2 to 4 years developing systems using MS .NET, Visual Studio, C#, Model View Controller (MVC), MS SQL Server. The client will be flexible on some of these as long as the candidate can come up to speed quickly on the ones not in his/her experience.
  • Project management skills
