Outbound Call Centre Advisor required in Stockport, Monday – Friday.

Our client, a market leader who are renowned for their excellent brand, innovative products and are continuing to take the UK market by storm.

As their Outbound Call Centre Advisor you will required to;

- Previous experience in a contact management or telephone based sales role is required although extensive training will be given

- Research key prospects and clients to develop opportunities

- Develop relationships within the group prospects and clients to facilitate introductions for additional products

- Arrange & manage meetings for Senior Consultants with new and existing group clients

- Proactively make outbound calls to facilitate new introductions to the Health & Benefit teams from sources outside of the group

Skills, attributes and knowledge required to become their Outbound Call Centre Advisor;

- Proactive, enthusiastic and target driven

- Fantastic attitude

- Excellent communicator and ability to converse at all levels

- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook

- Ability to use a database

- Desire to learn and develop
