Parts Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our team in Brislington, Bristol. You will be a confident communicator and have excellent administrative skills.

About the Company

We are one of the longest established independent and Saab approved service centres in the UK, selling quality used Saabs and offering the complete Saab package.

For over 32 years we have been dealing with all aspects of Saab ownership and work on the principal of durable Saab ownership and also give the same level of attention to our new Mini venture. We offer the highest levels of service with knowledgeable and friendly staff that really know Saabs and Minis and how to make them tick. We offer the complete package, full workshop facilities with trained technicians, over 15,000 sq ft of new and used Saab and Mini parts along with over 20 quality used Saabs and Minis for sale.

About the responsibilities as Parts Advisor

• Working on both the front and back counters

• Identify customer parts requirements, dealing with telephone queries / orders in a polite and professional manner.

• The issuing and recording of parts to Service department staff.
   
• Handle customers enquires swiftly, courteously and efficiently.

• Ensure that orders taken are invoiced and dispatched in a timely manner.

• Receive and process payments for parts supplied to customers

• Order parts to maintain stock levels and ensure that incoming parts are inspected on receipt.
   
• Enter new stock onto computerised stock system.
   
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

About You

The role of Parts Advisor is very hands-on and the person appointed will have:  

• Motor trade experience in a similar environment
   
• Computer literacy
   
• Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills
   
• Excellent attention to detail
   
• The ability to comply with all company procedures
