I am looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join the Gloucester team to source suitable candidates for our clients nationwide.
Your responsibilities include:
??? Sourcing suitable candidates
??? Working towards KPI's
??? Meeting revenue targets
??? Creating job adverts
??? Carrying out telephone interviews
In order to be successful you will have experience within the recruitment industry, ideally as a Resourcer, Any experience sourcing candidates within the health and social care sector will be an advantage.
In return you will be rewarded with an annual salary up to ??18,000pa plus fulfilment incentives. Hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
