A leading International Property Consultancy based within proximity of Bristol Temple Meads Station are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their busy and expanding team. The role is to work on medium/large scale Commercial projects throughout Bristol and surrounding areas you will be given all the necessary support from an extremely successful team of Senior Building Surveyor's to achieve MRICS accreditation at the first attempt.

The Role
The Assistant Building Surveyor will join an energetic and ambitious team and support the senior team in several projects located throughout Bristol. The role will include all necessary disciplines to successfully pass your MRICS exam including;
* Contract Admin
* Building Surveys
* Party Wall Matters
* Dilapidations
* Defect Diagnosis
The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor
* 2+ years Private Practice Building Surveying experience
* MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
* Committed to career progression
* Strong communication skills
* Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be working for a leading Consultancy who are committed to the development of their staff and in return will receive;
* Up to ??30,000 pa
* Pay reviews every 6 months
* APC guidance from an experienced assessor
