Risk Steward Office - 3 x Executive roles

We are currently seeking several ambitious individuals to join our Global Risk team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

These roles are particularly critical in the context of increased internal (eg HSBC Board) as well as external (eg PRA/FCA/ECB, etc.) attention to identify, measure, evaluate, control and manage operational risk effectively and is a key component in our determination to adopt and enforce the highest standards in HSBC. It requires you to provide guidance and advice to key Senior Stakeholders including the Head of Global Operations and the HBEU and HSBC MENA Regional Leadership teams. You will need to be able to challenge senior leaders on control performance and escalate risks and issues as appropriate to Board level.
